摘 要:为了确定大采高支护强度,收集神东矿区上湾、补连塔及活鸡兔井等矿井开采1-2煤、2-2煤时的矿压观测结果,并运用SPSS统计分析软件对其进行线性回归处理。分别讨论了工作面长度、采高及平均采深对支护强度的线性影响,并得出单因素、双因素及三因素的线性回归方程。由此预测上湾2-2煤7 m大采高的支护强度为1.05--1.11 MPa,预测结果与支护强度估算结果及现有7 m大采高液压支架的支护强度范围相一致。研究结果表明:支护强度随工作面长度的增加而增加;随采高的加大而相应地减小;随采深的增加而增加,但增加幅度较小。In order to determine the support strength of high cutting, the results of mineral pressure observation, 1-2and 2-2coal seams of Shangwan, Bulianta and Huojitu Coal Mines in Shendong mining area etc. were collected and processed with linear regression by SPSS statistical analysis software. The linear effect of support strength with face length, mining height and the average of mining depth were discussed respectively, and obtained single factor, two factors and three factors in linear regression equation. The prediction range of support strength which were 7m large mining height 2-2coal seam of Shangwan coal mine was 1.05 ~1.11 MPa. The results of support strength have been predicted are consistent to estimation results and existing 7m large mining hydraulic support. The results show that:the support strength was increased with the length of working face, and was reduced with the height of mining, and was little increased with mining depth.
