摘  要:目的:探讨自制单孔套管后腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科应用可行性和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2010-06~2013-06,我院采用自制单孔套管完成115例后腹腔镜手术患者的临床资料。肾囊肿去顶减压术39例,肾上腺肿瘤切除术21例,输尿管切开取石术19例,肾肿瘤根治术16例,单纯肾切除术12例,肾盂、输尿管肿瘤根治术7例,肾周积液清除术1例。结果:112例手术成功,2例中转开放手术,1例改为标准腹腔镜手术。手术时间(79.32±16.98)min,出血量(33.41±5.32)ml,术后第1天疼痛评分(2.64±0.42)分,未用镇痛剂,术后住院时间(6.68±1.19)d。术中、术后无严重并发症发生。结论:采用自制单孔套管行后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿系疾病具有安全、有效、操作方便等优点,具有良好的应用前景。Objective:To explore feasibility and safety of retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(LESS)for urology by using self-made port.Methods:The clinical data of 115 patients who had undergone retroperitoneal LESS by using self-made port from June 2010 to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,including 39 cases of renal cyst unroofing,21 cases of adrenalectomy,19 cases of ureterolithotomy,16 cases of radical nephrectomy,12 cases of simple nephrectomy,7cases of radical nephroureterectomy,1case of circumrenal hydrops clearance.Results:The operations were successful in 112 cases,with2cases converted to open surgery and 1case converted to standard laparoscopic surgery.The operation time was(79.32±16.98)min.The blood loss was(33.41±5.32)ml.The pain score on the first day after surgery was(2.64±0.42).None of the patients received analgesia.The hospital stay after surgery were(6.68±1.19)days.No serious complication occurred during and after surgery.Conclusion:Retroperitoneal LESS for urology by using self-made port is safe and effective and easy to operate,and shows a good clinical application prospect.
