海军某部官兵口腔健康行知调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:通过问卷调查分析海军某部官兵口腔健康行知相关现状,对比海勤与岸勤人员之间可能差异。方法:设计口腔健康行知调查问卷,按海勤与岸勤分层抽样,对海军某部官兵进行口腔健康问卷调查,数据录入,使用SPSS软件进行统计分析,率的比较采用组间χ2检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果:有效问卷1 397份,调查结果如下:97.3%海军官兵认为口腔健康重要,但口腔保健行知水平需要提高(多数官兵刷牙方法、时间或次数不正确,78.6%从未用过牙线,51.7%从未用过漱口液,64.7%从未接受过洁牙,81.4%没有定期口腔检查,42.8%一年内没有接受口腔健康教育等);海勤人员每日刷牙次数显著低于岸勤人员,但定期更换牙刷习惯优于岸勤人员;海勤人员一年内口腔健康教育次数高于岸勤人员,但自诉口腔溃疡患病率显著高于岸勤人员(均P<0.05)。结论:海军官兵口腔保健行知现状需要改善,建议从官兵口腔保健教育与指导、定期口腔检查与巡诊、官兵多发口腔疾病重点防控、口腔卫勤保障能力提升等多方面入手,进一步提高官兵口腔保健水平。Objective：To investigate the oral health care status in a navy unit,and to compare the differences between ship crew and base crew.Methods：Oral health care questionnaire was designed.Using stratified method,naval crew and naval base crew were sampled and surveyed.SPSS was used in statistical analysis.Results：A total of 1397 valid questionnaire data was analyzed.Main findings were as following.Most of the naval staff（97.3%）chose oral health was important,but their oral health behaviors and knowledge need to be improved（e.g.most of the crew inappropriately brush teeth;78.6%of the crew never used dental floss;64.7% never received teeth cleaning;etc.）.Teeth-brushing rate per day in ship crew was significantly lower than that in base crew,while toothbrush refresh habit and oral health instruction received in ship crew was better than that in base crew.Self-announced oral ulcer rate in ship crew was significantly higher than that in base crew.Conclusion：The oral health care status in navy crew needs to be improved.Oral health education and instruction,routine oral examination and care,prevention and control of frequently encountered oral diseases,and promotion of oral health services should be the emphasis.
