摘 要:本研究旨在对卤虫卵孵化条件进行优化并探讨不同海水配方对卤虫卵孵化率的影响。试验采用L27(313)三因素三水平正交试验设计,三因素分别为盐度、温度、p H,每个因素设3个水平,分别为盐度20、30、40,温度28.0℃、30.0℃、32.0℃和p H7.84、8.34、8.84。结果表明:在盐度20+温度32.0℃+p H 8.84孵化条件下,卤虫卵孵化率最高。三因素间无交互作用(P>0.05),且盐度是影响卤虫卵孵化率最主要的因素。复合盐海水组卤虫卵孵化率为(93.73±1.91)%,极显著高于人工海水组(83.22±2.41)%(P<0.01)。试验结果提示,在进行卤虫卵人工孵化时,盐度控制在20,温度32.0℃,p H 8.84,采用复合盐海水效果较理想。This experiment was conducted to optimize the hatching conditions of Artemia cysts and to investigate the effects of different formulations of artificial seawater on hatchability of Artemia cysts. Orthogonal design of L27(313)with three factors(salinity,temperature,p H)and three levels(20,30,40 for salinity,28.0℃,30.0 ℃,32.0 ℃ for temperature,7.84,8.34,8.84 for p H) was applied in this experiment. The results showed: under the optimal combination of 20 salinity +32.0 ℃ +p H 8.84,the highest hatchability value of Artemia cysts was achieved. No significant interaction was observed among three factors(P 0.05). Moreover,salinity was the main effect factor with respect to hatching rate of Artemia cysts. The hatchability in treatment of compound salt seawater was(93.73±1.91)%,which was significantly higher than that in salt-used only artificial seawater(83.22±2.41)%(P0.01). This research suggest that the optimal condition for haching Artemia cysts may be combined as salinity 20,temperature 32.0 ℃,p H 8.84,furthermore,the artificial compound salt seawater is recommended for application.
