摘　　要：对变压吸附制氧装置的开车调试过程、固定层煤气发生炉增氧气化的调整过程以及增氧制气运行的工艺参数进行了总结。从制气反应原理的角度论述了增氧气化对提高固定层煤气发生炉生产能力的效果,并提出进一步完善增氧气化的思路。A summarization is made of the start-up and adjustment of oxygen generation plant adopting pressure swing adsorption process,the adjustment of oxygen-enriched gasification of fixed-bed coal gasifier and the process parameters of oxygen-enriched gasification operation.From perspective of gasification reaction mechanism,the effect of oxygen-enriched gasification on productivity of fixed-bed coal gasifier is enpounded,and the thoughts of further improving oxygen-enriched gasification are proposed.
