摘　　要：介绍了一种建立在DCS系统上的炭层高度控制系统。该系统可实现自动加煤、炭层高度自动测量和显示,采用离散数据收敛技术实现炭层高度的自动控制,稳定了炉况,在一定程度上提高了单炉制气量,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度。An introduction is given of the automatic control system of coal bed height of gasifier based on DCS system.The system can realize automatic stoking,automatic measure and display coal bed height,by using discrete data convergence technique,the automatic control of coal bed height is achieved,the operating condition of the gasifier is stabilized,gas quantity of gasifier is increased to a certain extent,and the labor intensity of the operators is reduced.
