摘　　要：依托区域经济产业评价的"三力"模型,同向类比北京、上海、广东及湖北光谷文化创意产业园区的综合实力,采用变异系数法的基本原理,描述评价指标在不同地区呈现的异化敏感程度,对我国四大文化创意产业集聚区域进行综合测评,指出了湖北光谷文化创意园区存在的主要问题,为湖北光谷文化创意园区的发展提供了借鉴。A regional economic evaluation model called＂Three Forces＂was constructed with the purpose of making a com-parison of their comprehensive strength in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Optics Valley Cultural and Creative Industry.The model can describe their alienation sensitive degree of evaluation indexes in the different areas, conducting a comparative analysis of four Cultural Creative Industry cluster areas comprehensive competitiveness.The main existing problem in Optics Valley Cul-tural and Creative Industry was discussed.It provides helpful policy suggestion for the development of Optics Valley Cultural and Creative Industry.
