摘  要:石英灯作为红外辐射式热环境模拟试验系统的加热元件,在各类飞行器地面防隔热试验和结构热试验中已得到广泛应用。针对直接影响高温辐射试验能力的热源(即石英灯)的电热特性进行了分析。建立了热源计算模型并对4种不同灯管进行了计算和修正,所得结果与实测值间的最大相对误差小于4%。通过试验对热源在额定工况下的实际发射率进行了测量,结果表明,发射率随温度升高时的最大变化量为4.5%。对灯丝进行红外测温时可以忽略背景温度对测温精度的影响。实测系统热源温度上限可由2278℃提升至3180℃。本研究建立的模型和方法可为后续红外辐射式地面热环境模拟试验方案的优化和试验结果的预测提供可靠的技术支撑。Quartz lamp, as a heating element of the infrared radiant thermal environment simulation testing system, has been widely used in all types of aircraft ground thermal protection/insulation test and thermal-structural test. In this paper, the analysis of electro-thermal properties of quartz lamp has been done according to whose direct affection on the ability of high temperature radiation system. The heat calculation model was established, which of four kinds different quartz lamp were calculated and corrected, and the maximum relative error between the results and the measured value is less than 4%. The test result indicated, in rated case the actual emissivity maximum variable is 4.5%. Infrared temperature measurement of the heat source can ignore the effect of environmental temperature on the accuracy of the measurement. Temperature limit of the heat source can upgrade from 2278℃ to 3180℃. The method of modeling and testing can be used to provide technical support and reliable prediction for following test.
