摘　　要：单点系泊系统是一种连接海上生产设施浮式生产储油装置(FPSO)的海上油田终端系统。转塔式单点系泊系统是其中的一种,其转塔结构形式独特,设计形式复杂,要求的安装精度高。结合曹妃甸转塔式单点项目的施工过程,简要分析了转塔的安装及工装设计的通用点,并描述了安装过程中的吊点设计和工装设计,为其他类似结构物的安装提供参考和借鉴。Single Point Mooring System（SPM） is an offshore oilfield terminal system to connect FPSO.Turret type is one kind of SPM.The turret is a special structure of complex design form and requires high installation accuracy.Based on the installation course of the Caofeidian turret type SPM project,the general points of turret installation and tools design are briefly analyzed,then the design of padeyes and tools is illustrated in detail,which will provides reference for installations of other similar structures.
