摘 要:国内埋地钢质管道补口主要采用热收缩带,其加热设备一般采用火把。人为因素给补口作业的施工质量带来很大的不确定性,主要表现为热熔胶未充分熔融,导致补口失效,管道发生腐蚀。针对这一问题,研制了移动式中频加热设备,并进行了模拟试验和现场中试。应用表明:该设备可均匀加热,迅速提升钢管温度,并使钢管温度保持一定时间,有效解决热熔胶熔融问题;能够解决在冬季或者寒冷地区进行热收缩带补口施工的技术难题,减少人为影响因素,提高防腐补口质量。At present,field joint coating of domestic buried steel pipelines uses heat shrinkable tapes mainly,and the heating device is a torch generally which brings great uncertainty to the quality of field joint coating.The main problem is that the hot melting adhesive is not fully melting,resulting in joint failure and pipeline corrosion.To solve this problem,the mobile medium frequency heating equipment is developed,and the simulation test and field test are carried out.The application proves that the device can heat shrinkable tape evenly and increases steel pipe temperature rapidly and maintains the temperature for a certain time.It effectively solves the melting problem of hot melting adhesive.It can solve the technical problem of field joint coating construction in winter or in cold area with heating shrinkable tapes,and reduce human influence factors,thus improve the field joint coating quality.
