低压柜电缆出线方式创新

摘  要:老山自行车馆工程低压柜为上出线方式,低压柜的出线电缆放置在两层1 000 mm×200 mm的桥架中,由于出线回路复杂,上下层桥架中的电缆存在进入同一面低压柜的情况,特别是1AA1~1AA7,2AA1~2AA7两列低压柜中集中了场馆近90%的用电负荷,共需配出百余条供电电缆。两层配电桥架的设计不可能合理安装上下交错的电缆。通过自主创新和方案策划,设计并实施了柜顶配线箱,有效地解决了低压柜上出线的各种问题,保证了安装质量和观感效果。The LV cabinets of Laoshan Velodrome Project are characterized by upper cables outgoing,which are arranged between two layers of 1 000 mm ×200 mm bridging structure. The loop of the outgoing cables is complex, the cable in the upper layer of the bridging structure and that in the lower layer enter the same LV cabinet, and especially 90 % of the electrical loads of Laoshan Velodrome is concentrated in 1AA1 ~ 1AA7 and 2AA1 ~ 2AA7 LV cabinets, so hundreds of power supply cables are required. The design of two-layer power distribution bridging structure is unable to realize reasonable installation of the cables staggered up and down.Through independent innovation and program planning, a cable distribution box is designed to arrange on the cabinet top to effectively solve various problems caused by upper cables outgoing of LV cabinets and guarantee the installation quality and appearance effect.
