摘　　要：GB/T 21714.2-2008/IEC 62305-2:2006《雷电防护第2部分:风险管理》只适用于建筑物和服务设施的雷电灾害风险评估,方法比较单一,应用范围较小。本文通过相关标准在电子信息系统雷电灾害风险评估中引入防雷装置拦截效率因素及邻近雷击时内部磁场强度因素的分析,改进原有方法,提供一个更加可靠、安全、准确的电子信息系统风险评估方法。GB / T 21714. 2- 2008 / IEC 62305- 2：2006 Protection against Lightning — Part 2： Risk Management is applicable to assessing the lightning disaster to buildings and service facilities only,disadvantageous in singleness of method and small scope of application. Defects of the original method are improved through analysis on interception efficiency factors of lightning protection devices and internal magnetic field intensity factors close to the lightning strike with reference to relevant standards, and a more reliable, safe and precise method for risk assessment is provided.
