山区农村劳动力非农就业与土地流转相关性分析

摘　　要：土地和劳动力是农业生产中的两大要素,土地资源和劳动力的合理配置能够有效促进山区农村经济发展。基于云南省丽江市玉龙县和永胜县的抽样调查,分析山区农村劳动力非农就业和土地流转现状,运用线性回归方法、趋势线方法,研究山区农村土地流转与劳动力非农就业两者间的关系。研究表明:受农户自身素质、土地耕种条件、地形条件等影响,山区土地流转规模小,比例低,行为不规范,效益低;山区农村非农就业以文化程度较低的男性青壮年劳动力转移为主,且非农就业经济收入比重偏低;土地流转与非农就业高度相关,相关系数R=0.913 9,地势平坦的区域尤为显著。As land and labor force are two elements for agricultural production, to rational allocation both of them effectively promote the development of rural economy . Based on the sample survey of Yulong County and Yongsheng County in Yunnan province, analysis of the non-agricultural employment of the rural labor force in mountainous area and the land circulations. By adopting the single linearity regression method, the trend line method, this thesis analyzes the relationship between land circulation and non-agricultural employment of labor force based on study of the status and problem of non-agricul- tural employment of rural labor force in mountainous area, as well as, the status, problem and influ- ence factors of land circulation. The results showed that, by the personality of peasant households, farming condition and topographic condition has great impact on land circulation in mountainous area. resulting in a small proportion of land transfer scale is small, the behavior is not standardized, the efficiency is not high;The rural non farm employment in mountainous areas is mainly based on the low lev-el of education, and the proportion of non farm employment income is low;Meanwhile, non-agricultural employment of rural labor force in mountainous area highly related with land circulation （ correlation coefficient, R =0. 913 9） ,Especially more obvious in fiat areas.
