摘  要:目的:解决高级重症监护型救护车的关键技术问题,为研制高性价比的国产化途中转运载体提供基础。方法:综合运用机械结构设计、人机工程、分子筛负压吸附、光触媒高效过滤、自动控制、信号处理等方法,研究高级重症监护型救护车底盘技术、医疗舱设计制造技术、重症患者担架台振动控制技术、车载制压氧技术、空气净化技术和医疗信息化通信技术。结果:高级重症监护型救护车具有内部空间宽敞、外形美观大气、动力强劲、车厢内环境质量高、信息化程度高、乘卧舒适及主被动安全性能高等特点。结论:高级重症监护型救护车是一种功能完备、结构布局合理、先进实用、能够满足重症患者在现场和运送途中实施心肺复苏和高级生命支持的新型急救机动平台。Objective To solve key technical problems of the advanced intensive care ambulance. Methods The tech- niques for ambulance chassis, medical cabin design and manufacturing, vibration control for intensive care stretcher unit, vehicle-mounted oxygen generation and filling, air purification and medical informatized communication were investigated with mechanical structure design, ergonomics, molecular sieve negative pressure absorption, photocatalyst filtering, auto- matic control, signal processing and etc. Results The advanced intensive care ambulance developed gained advantages in internal layout, external appearance, power, internal environment, informatization, comfort as well as active and passive safety. Concluslon The advanced intensive care ambulance behaves well in multi function, layout and practicality, and thus can be used for on-site or en-route CPR and advanced life support of critically ill patients.
