摘 要:目的:为了满足气管切开患者的高压氧治疗需求,对舱内患者的吸氧方式进行研究改进。方法:对高压氧的供排氧系统进行改进升级,增加独立的直吹氧气供氧管路及接口,形成"2供+1排"的供排氧结构,同时在对患者行高压氧治疗时使用软管连接气管套管和直角三通管,采用向气囊直吹氧气给予患者微阻力的吸氧方式。结果:该吸氧方式能够显著减小呼吸阻力、降低耗氧量、降低舱内氧气体积分数,并且便于观察患者的呼吸状态。结论:应用该吸氧方式对气管切开患者行高压氧治疗的改进方法很成功,值得推广。Objective To improve the oxygen inhalation mode for the patient with tracheotomy in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Methods The oxygen system of the chamber was modified, and a separate direct pipeline and an interface were added to form a oxygen system with two supply pipelines and one exhaust pipeline. A hose was used to connect the tracheal cannula and right-angle three-lime tubes, and an air sac blew oxygen to the patient to realize oxygen inhalation with micro resistance. Results The oxygen inhalation mode might decrease significantly the breathing resistance, oxygen consumption and oxygen volume fraction in the chamber. Conclusion The oxygen inhalation mode is worthy popularizing for the patient with tracheotomy in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber.
