摘  要:目的:分析碎石机高压充电电源对碎石效果的影响以及高压充电电源的选用原则。方法:通过测量高压充电电源对电容的充放电曲线,判断碎石效果。结果:全波整流工频充电电源的输出阻抗最小,对电容充电时间最短;半波整流次之;倍压整流输出阻抗最大,对电容的充电时间最长;当放电频率超过1 Hz时,3种工频高压电源对电容充电均不充分,使得碎石效果下降;高压逆变恒流充电电源对电容充电彻底,碎石效果稳定。结论:在放电频率高于1 Hz时,工频高压电源不如高压逆变恒流充电电源的碎石效果好。Objective To analyze the influence of the high-voltage capacitor charging power supply on the lithotripsy effectiveness and to introduce the guidance to select the charging power supply. Methods The lithotripsy effectiveness was judged on the basis of the measurement of the charging-discharging curves of the lithotripter. Results The full-wave rectifier gained the least output impedance and the shortest charging time, and voltage-doubling rectifier had the highest output impedance and the longest charging time, with half-wave rectifier being between the two ones above. When the discharge frequency was less than 1 Hz, the three rectifiers had decreased lithotripsy effectiveness due to inadequate charging. Constant-current inverter high-voltage power supply might result in stable lithotripsy due to full charging.Conclusion Constant-current switch-mode high-voltage power supply behaves better than line-frequency high-voltage source for lithotripsy in case the discharge frequency is higher than 1 Hz.
