摘 要:目的为肺炎支原体(Mycoplasmsa pneamoniae,MP)流行病学研究提供更准确资料。方法采用PCR法和被动凝集法对3 620例临床疑似MP感染者进行双份血清抗体和DNA联合检测。结果 MP总感染率为13.8%,急性感染率为12.4%,既往感染为1.4%。联合与单一检测相比较,MP的总感染率、急性感染率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用联合检测法判断MP感染,能为MP流行病学研究提供更准确资料。Objective To provide more accurate data for the epidemiological study of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP). Methods Serum antibodies and DNA of 3,620 clinically suspected MP infection patients were detected by combined assay of PCR and passive agglutination method. Results The total infection rate of MP was 13.8 %, the acute infection rate was 12.4 %, and the past infection was 1.4 %. There were statistically significant differences in the total infection rate of MP and the acute infection rate between the combined detection method and the single detection method (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Using the combined detection method to determine the IVIP infection can provide more accurate data for the epidemiological study of MP.
