摘　　要：通过验案介绍蒋健以龙胆泻肝汤为主治疗黄汗的临床经验和学术观点。蒋健认为黄汗病机有营卫不和之"基本病机"与湿热交蒸之"关键病机"之分,后者为黄汗必备病机。黄汗患者多有肝胆湿热、脾胃湿热、下焦湿热表现,龙胆泻肝汤既能清泻肝胆实火,又能清利肝胆湿热,通过适当配伍,可以兼顾上、中、下三焦湿热,治疗黄汗有独到的作用。By listing clinical proven cases,this article analyzes professor JIANG Jian＇s academic viewpoints and experience of treating yellowish sweating with Longdan Xiegan Decoction. Professor JIANG Jian raises a point that pathogenesis of yellowish sweating can conclude the disharmony between ying and qi,the basic pathogenesis and the syndrome of stagnant dampness- heat,which is the key pathogenesis. While the latter one is essential. Suffers of yellowish sweating always show the symptoms of dampness- heat of spleen and stomach,dampness- heat of liver and gallbladder or dampness- heat in lower Jiao. Longdan Xiegan Decoction can not only clear both the liver fire and dampness- heat,but also play a unique role in treating yellowish sweating by compatibility of medicines.
