摘　　要：作者采用跨年度样本方法,对运用中医五行辨证治疗泄泻124例进行回顾性临床分析,得出泄泻病的中医五行辨治特色是:1临床泄泻病的整体性;2五行辨证模式集中在脾、肝、心、胃、胃(肠)脏腑的母子乘侮辨证上;3五行治法用药在于损有余,补不足恢复脏腑五行制化关系。由此可完善泄泻的五行辨治系统。By using the cross- year sample method,the author made a clinical retrospective analysis on syndrome differentiation based on TCM five elements for 124 cases of diarrhea. It concluded the characteristics of sydnrome differentiation based on TCM five elements for diarrhea： the unity of clinical diarrhea; the sydnromes focus on over- restrianing and retro- restrining of mother and child organs,such as spleen,liver,heart,stomache and intestine; the medication should eliminate the excess and supplement the deficiency so as to recover the restraining and engendering of Zang- fu organs. It can complete the sydnrome differentiation system of diarrhea.
