摘　　要：皮部浅刺法是一种在十二经皮部理论、现代解剖、组织功能学说上发展起来的针灸治疗方法,付于根据多年经验将皮部浅刺手法进行合理量化并应用于临床的治疗。文章从皮部浅刺手法的量化,理论基础,以及临床体会多个角度阐述了皮部浅刺疗法在治疗中的重要地位和有效治疗方法,有助于从一个全新视角理解此疗法的机理和疗效,皮部浅刺法因其针刺部位表浅,大大减少了患者治疗时的痛苦,提高患者依从性的优点逐渐被医家学者所采用,值得推广。The Shallow Thorn Therapy is an acupuncture treatment,which is developed on the basis of the Twelve Cutaneous Regions Theory,the modern anatomy and tissue function. Skin Shallow Thorn method has been reasonably quantified in clinical treatment by professor FU Yu. This paper describes the important position of Skin Shallow Thorn Method and effective therapy from the quantified skin shallow thorn method,theoretical basis and clinical experience. The artical helps researchers to understand the mechanism and efficacy of this therapy from a new perspective. It has been used by physicians and scholars because the superficial needling site can relieve patient＇s pain and improve patient compliance. It＇s worthy of promotion.
