近十年针灸治疗类风湿关节炎临床随机对照试验选穴规律探析

摘　　要：目的:总结针灸治疗类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)选穴的一般规律,为今后展开相关的临床、动物研究提供穴位选取的证据支持。方法:使用电子计算机和手工检索相结合,检索出近10年针灸治疗RA的临床随机对照试验文献报告,统计分析其选用穴位的归经及使用频次。结果:共纳入45篇文献进行统计分析。总体上手阳明大肠经穴位使用的频率最高,为14.76%;其次是足太阳膀胱经上的腧穴,为13.37%;足少阳胆经腧穴又次之,为13.09%。具体穴位使用的总频次上,阳陵泉和曲池占75.56%,并列第一;足三里和肩髃位列第二、三,分别占68.89%和55.56%。结语:十四经脉中,各经脉均有穴位涉及,其中阳经连续居前;总体上手阳明大肠经的穴位使用的频率最高,其次是足太阳膀胱经上的腧穴,足少阳胆经和足阳明胃经上的穴位则位列第三、四;在纳入统计分析的所有穴位中,阳陵泉和曲池的使用频次最高,其次是足三里、肩髃。Objective： The universal law of choosing acupuncture points on treating rheumatoid arthritis is summarized to provide a reference for clinical study and animal studies. Methods： Collect the literature of randomized controlled trial reports on acupuncture therapy for RA over the last 10 years and analyze the Guijing and frequencies of these acupuncture points. Results： There are forty- five available literature used in this study. The most frequent acupuncture point is in the large intestine meridian of hand Yangming,whose frequency of usage is 14. 76%. The second most frequent acupuncture point is located on the Bladder Meridian,whose frequency of usage is 13. 37%. And then the usage frequency of the Gallbladder Meridian of foot- Shaoyang is 13.09%. Taking into the specific acupuncture points,Yinglingquan（ SP9） has the highest usage frequency,and then the points in Bladder Meridian,and then the acupuncture points in Gallbladder Meridian of foot- Shaoyang and the stomach meridian of foot-Yangming. For these specific acupuncture points involved in the statistical analysis,both Yanglingquan（ SP9） and Quchi（ LI11）have the highest usage frequency,and then the Zusanli（ ST36） and Jianyu（ LI15）. Conclusion：
