电针大肠俞募穴对功能性腹泻患者大便症状的影响  

Impact on Stools of Patients with Functional Diarrhea by Electric Acupuncture at Back-Shu and Front-Mu Points of Large Intestine Meridian

摘　　要：目的:为观察和验证电针大肠俞募穴治疗功能性腹泻患者大便症状的临床疗效,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:采用RCT方法将40例功能性腹泻的患者通过中央随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组24例,采用电针大肠俞募穴治疗;对照组16例,用西药盐酸洛哌丁胺胶囊治疗。结果:俞募配穴组在治疗4周、8周后随访时对周排便次数的改善、在8周后随访时对大便性状的改善均优于洛哌丁胺组(P<0.05),两组患者治疗前后大便情况总体疗效差别显著无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针大肠俞募穴在改善功能性腹泻患者大便情况方面疗效明显,但与对照组相比其临床疗效并未明显优于盐酸洛哌丁胺胶囊。Objective： To observe and validate the curative effect of electric acupuncture at back- Shu and front- Mu points of large intestine meridian in the treatment of functional diarrhea and discuss its mechanism. Methods： Using RCT method,40 patients with functional diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group＇s 24 cases used electric acupuncture at back- Shu and front- Mu points of large intestine meridian. The control group＇s 16 cases were treated with western medicine loperamide hydrochloride capsules. Results： After 4 and 8 weeks follow- up,the number of bowel movements at the time of the 8 weeks after the follow- up were better than that of loperamide group（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups general curative effect had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of electric acupuncture at back- Shu and front-Mu points of large intestine meridian in improving the functional diarrhea patients＇ defecation is obvious,which is not obviously better than that of loperamide hydrochloride capsule.
