生脉注射液对血压、心率和心电图影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察生脉注射液对异丙肾上腺素造成的心肌缺血犬模型的血压、心率和心电图各项指标的影响。方法:Beagle犬采用皮下注射盐酸异丙肾上腺素诱导心肌缺血,造模同时各组给予相应的治疗药物,对给药前和给药0 h、0.25 h、0.5 h、1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h各时间点进行生理指标采集,然后统计分析。结果:心电ST-T段明显的偏移,并伴有心率加快和血压降低,在8 h左右症状逐渐消失。给药后心率减慢,血压呈回升趋势,心电ST-T段从数据上虽无明显好转,但特征波形基本消失。结论:生脉注射液对心肌缺血模型犬的心率、血压和心电有一定的治疗作用。Objective： To study the effects of Shengmai Injection on blood pressure,heart rate and ECG indexes of Beagle dogs myocardial ischemia model caused by isoproterenol and then lay the foundation on the pharmacodynamic study for the drug. Methods： Beagle dogs were injected the hypodermic injection of isoproterenol hydrochloride to induce myocardial ischemia and were given the corresponding treatment at the same time. We collected the physiological indexes before dosing and administration for 0h,0. 25 h,0. 5 h,1 h,2 h,4 h,8 h and then carried on the statistical analysis. Results： ECG ST- T segment was offset obviously and accompanied by heart rate increasing and blood pressure lowering,gradually the symptoms disappeared in about 8 hours. After administration,heart rate slowed down and blood pressure showed an increasing trend and ECG ST- T segment was not significantly better according to the data,but the characteristic waveform disappeared. Conclusion： Shengmai i Injection has a certain effect on the heart rate,blood pressure and ST- F segment for the myocardial ischemia model.
