突发性公共危机事件网络舆情态势演化内外源动力探究

摘　　要：突发性公共危机事件成为网络舆情形成的导火索,而网络舆情又对突发性公共危机事件的发展起到推波助澜的作用。本文从微观层面上提出了以内源动力与外源动力为主体的网络舆情态势演化动力机制。在此基础之上,通过与28位专家进行交流和访谈,解构出34个内源动力与外源动力的构成因素,经过统计、提炼和总结,并结合已有知识,最终确定内源动力与外源动力的构成因素分为四级共22个因素。最后,基于上述理论成果,本研究以"我爸是李刚"典型案例对所提的内外源动力机制进行呈现。Unexpected public crisis incidents become the lighter of online public opinion, and as reverseonline public opinions add fuel to the flame of unexpected public crisis. In this article, we propose adynamic mechanism of online public opinion evolution on the micro level, in which the internal drivingpower and external driving power are the main subjects. On this basis, we conduct an interview andcommunication with 28 experts and then conclude 34 factors constructing the internal and externaldriving power. After statistics, refining and summarized, we finally conclude that there are 4 level 22 factors constructing the power. In the last, based on above theoretical result, we take＂my father is LiGang＂as a typical case to represent the internal and external driving power mechanism.
