计划生育免费基本项目技术服务开展情况及满意度分析

摘　　要：目的对上海市流动已婚育龄妇女计划生育免费项目技术服务的满意度进行调查与分析，为推动计划生育优质服务工作发展提供参考依据。方法采用概率比例方法抽取2012年12月-2013年1月上海市17个区（县）的18～49岁流动已婚妇女5193名为研究对象，通过电话对其进行问卷调查。结果共获得有效问卷2115份，接受过计划生育免费基本项目技术服务的调查对象满意度为84．2％。在避孕节育方面，避孕套和避孕药（48．5％）以及上环手术（44．9％）的满意度比结扎手术（21．2％）高。持有《流动人口婚育证明》的调查对象的满意度高于无《流动人口婚育证明》的调查对象（χ^2=11．463，P=0．003）。84．9％的调查对象认为这些咨询服务对知识有提高，91．6％的调查对象认为这些咨询和服务对生殖健康有帮助。流动已婚育龄妇女对于计划生育免费基本项目技术服务的建议主要是加大宣传力度。结论应加大计划生育免费基本项目技术服务的宣传力度，提高流动人口相关证件的办理，从而进一步提高服务的满意度。Objective To survey and analyze the satisfaction of family planning free technical services among migrant married women of childbearing age in Shanghai, provide reference basis for promoting development of family planning high-quality service work. Methods Probability proportional method was used to selected 5 193 migrant married women aged 18-49 years old from 17 districts （counties） in Shanghai city from December 2012 to January 2013, a questionnaire survey was performed through telephone. Results A total of 2 115 valid questionnaires were obtained, 84. 2% of the subjects who had utilized family planning free technical services were satisfied. In terms of contraception control, satisfaction degrees of condoms and contraceptives （48.5%） and IUD operation （44. 9% ） were higher than that of ligation operation （21.2%） . Satisfaction of the subjects who had got ＂marriage and child rearing proof of migrants＂ was higher than that of the subjects who had not （χ^2 = 11. 463, P = 0. 003） ; 84. 9% of the subjects thought the services were helpful for their improvement of knowledge, 91.6% of the subjects thought that were helpful for their reproductive health. Main suggestion from the subjects was propaganda. Conclusion Propaganda of family planning free technical services should be strengthened, and the relevant documents for migrants should be increased so as to further improve the satisfaction of family planning free techhical services.
