摘　　要：针对引起我国城市内涝的城市化、重现期的设定、设计暴雨频率和洪灾频率等问题进行了分析,提出了除健全内涝防治法制系统、提高雨水利用效率等防治对策外,还需推广信息化管理,同时展望了低影响开发技术和深层隧道排水应用前景。The problems which cause urban waterlogging such as urbanization, setting of rainstorm recur-rence period, design rainstorm frenquency, flood frequency and so on, were analyzed. It was pointed out that, ex-pect refining the legal system of local flooding prevention and raising the utilization rate of rainwater, to popular-ize informationalized management was also needed. Then, the application prospect of low impact development technology and deep drainage tunnel technology were looking forward.
