摘  要:针对天津市某轧钢厂酸洗废水处理工程改造项目,设计了分级中和处理工艺和NaOH自动投加系统,并采用了变频调节技术。改造后,处理后的废水水质能够达到GB/T 19923—2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》中洗涤用水标准,可以作为酸洗工序的漂洗水使用,既做到了废水零排放,又节约了大量的清水。同时,在处理过程中大幅降低了药剂和电能的使用量,起到了节能降耗的作用。In view of the reconstruction project of pickling wastewater treatment engineering of a steel mill in Tianjin, classified neutralization process and automatic NaOH dosing system were designed and inverter con-trol technology was applied. After the reconstruction, the quality of the treated wastewater met the requirement of GB/T 19923-2005 The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses, and could be reused as rinse water in the unit of pickling, so realized the goal of zero sewage discharge and saved large amount of fresh water as well. Meanwhile, the treatment process greatly reduced reagent dosage and electric energy consumption, which played a role of energy saving and consumption reducing.
