双花芷辛甘汤配合高压氧治疗放射性颌骨骨髓炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察双花芷辛甘汤配合高压氧治疗放射性颌骨骨髓炎的疗效。方法:将58例放射性颌骨骨髓炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例予双花芷辛甘汤加高压氧治疗,对照组28例单纯予高压氧治疗,观察比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈19例,有效9例,无效2例,痊愈率63.3%,总有效率93.3%;对照组痊愈8例,有效12例,无效8例,痊愈率28.6%,总有效率71.4%。2组痊愈率、总有效率比较差,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双花芷辛甘汤配合高压氧治疗放射性颌骨骨髓炎疗效良好,可作为保守治疗放射性颌骨骨髓炎的方法之一。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Shuanghua Zhixingan tang combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of the radionecrosis of jaws. Methods： Fifty-eight patients with radionecrosis of jaws were randomly divided into the treatment group（30 patients） and the control group（28 patients）. The treatment group was treated with Shuanghua Zhixingan tang combined with hyperbaric oxygen, and the control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen. The curative effect was observed. Results： In the treatment group, there were 19 cases be cured, 9 cases be effective, and 2 case be invalid, the cure rate being 63.3%, and the total effective rate being 93.3%. In the control group, there were 8 cases be cured, 12 cases be effective, and 8 cases be invalid, the cure rate being 28.6%, and the total effective rate being 71.4%. The differences of the cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups were significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Shuanghua Zhixingan tang combined with hyperbaric oxygen has preferable effect on the radionecrosis of jaws. It can be used as a good conservative treatment in clinical promotion.
