摘　　要：目的:探讨人参新炮制品—黑参提取物体内抗肿瘤的活性。方法:采用S180实体瘤、Hep A肝癌腹水瘤制备荷瘤小鼠,通过测定肿瘤质量、生存时间、脾脏胸腺质量,计算黑参抗肿瘤的抑瘤率、生命延长率和胸腺脾脏指数,观察黑参抗实体瘤、腹水瘤及免疫功能调整作用。结果:黑参高剂量组可以抑制荷瘤小鼠S180实体瘤肿瘤生长,延长Hep A肝癌腹水瘤小鼠的存活时间,改善免疫功能指标。结论:黑参提取物在抗肿瘤和肿瘤免疫调节方面作用较好。Objective ： To study the anti-tumor activities in vivo of extract from black ginseng, the new processing product of ginseng. Method： The tumor-bearing mice were prepared by mouse S180 solid tumor and HepA liver cancer ascites tumor. We observe black ginseng＇ s anti-tumor activity and adjusting immunity according to examining the tumor weight, survival time, thymus and spleen weight and calculating the tumor inhibition rate, life prolonging rate, thymus and spleen index. Result： high dosage of black ginseng group was found to inhibit the growth of S180 tumor in mice, extend the living time of HepA ascites tumor loaded mice, as well as improve the immunity. Conclusion： The extract from black ginseng has good effect of anti-tumor and immunoregulation.
