冬青油对蠕形螨体外杀虫的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察冬青油对两种人体蠕形螨的体外杀虫作用。方法:采用透明胶纸法、挤压刮拭法获取两种人体蠕形螨并随机分组,观察不同浓度冬青油对两种人体蠕形螨的杀灭作用。结果:使用冬青油后,蠕形螨出现活动度变化,随着药物浓度的增高,活动度变化越强(P<0.05),但持续的时间越短;随着药物浓度的增加,蠕形螨的死亡率增高,虫体存活时间越短。3.125%的冬青油可在12 h内杀灭两种蠕形螨。结论:冬青油是具有良好的体外抗蠕形螨的作用,是一种具有开发潜力的杀螨药物。Objective： To observe the external killing effect of wintergreen oil on two kinds of follicle mites. Methods： Two kinds of human body＇s follicle mite were collected by transparent tape and extrusion scrape methods and divided into several groups randomly,and then the killing effect of different concentration＇s wintergreen oil on the follicle mites were observed. Results： After treatment with wintergreen oil,follicle mites showed a state of activities enhancement and turned to death. The higher the concentration was,the harder the activities enhancement was and the shorter the time of activities enhancement duration was. With the increasing of concentration,the mortality of follicle mite was rising and the surviving time was shorting. The concentration of 3. 125% killed all two kinds of follicle mites within 12 hours. Conclusion： Wintergreen oil has a good external effect against follicle mites and has potential for development to kill follicle mites.
