摘　　要：利什曼原虫减毒活疫苗因其保留了大部分免疫原性,能感染巨噬细胞,诱发与自然感染类似的免疫应答而受到众多科学家的青睐。本文综述了近年来减毒活疫苗的研究进展。Leishmania live attenuated vaccines remain the most of parasitic immunogenecity and can enter into the macrophage that is similar to natural infection,which have interested many researchers. This paper reviews the study of the newest attenuated strains.
