摘　　要：将农民合作经济组织的制度变迁视为一种多主体参与的公共治理过程,由此建立基于"权力-利益"的政策网络分析框架,梳理我国农民合作经济组织发展的制度变迁过程,分析农民合作经济组织发展过程中公共治理结构的演化,并提出,必须构建完善的网络型治理结构才能有效促进农民合作经济组织持续健康发展。In this paper, the institutional change of farmer cooperative economic organization was regarded as a kind of public governance process by multi-subject participates. So we established the framework of the policy network analysis based on the ＂power-interests＂, and combed the the institutional change process of the development of farmer cooperatived economic organization in China, and analyzed the evolution of public governance structure, after that, we pointed out that it was necessary to build a perfect network governance structure to effectively promote the sustainable and healthy development of farmers＇ cooperative economic organizations.
