摘　　要：成长为专家型高校辅导员是高校辅导员专业成长的必经路径。要想成为政治引领与事务处理紧密融合、思想导引与自身发展并行不悖、业务专门与能力全位无缝对接的专家型高校辅导员,需以岗位适应为重要基石,以职业认同为根本归宿,以价值实现为动力之源。To be counseling experts in colleges and universities is the necessary path of the professional de-velopment of college counselors. In order to become an experting counselor, who can integrate political guid-ance with complicated matters, master ideological guidance and its own development, and combine professinal business with other ablilities, we should take the position adaptation as an important cornerstone, regard iden-tity as a fundamental goal, and take realization of value as the source of power.
