摘  要:对辽宁凤城某选厂含硼铁精矿的工艺矿物学特征及其综合利用技术进行研究。研究结果表明:矿石中的硼、铁分别主要赋存于硼镁石及磁铁矿中,主要脉石矿物为蛇纹石、云母及碳酸盐矿物。矿石中矿物连晶复杂、共生关系密切;采用煤基选择性还原-磁选新工艺,于1 125℃还原150 min、碎磨至粒径小于74μm的颗粒质量分数占65%、磁场强度为80 k A/m的分选条件下,可获得铁品位为92.71%、回收率为95.11%的磁性物;非磁性物即硼精矿含B2O3 14.27%,硼的回收率为88.69%。The mineralogical characteristics and comprehensive utilization technology of boron-containing concentrate were studied. The results show that boron and iron mainly occur in the form of szaibelyite and magnetite, and the primary gangue minerals are serpentine, mica and carbonate minerals. Mineral composition and crystal of the ore are complex. Based on the new process of coal-based selective reduction-magnetic separation, the iron grade of magnetic substances is 92.71% and the recovery of iron is 95.11% under the conditions that the partied grinding size below 74 μm is 65% and magnetic field intensity is 80 kA/m after roasting at 1 125 ℃ for 150 min. As for nonmagnetic substances, the B2O3 grade is 14.27% and the recovery of boron is 88.69%.
