摘  要:对生物柴油经由旋流燃烧器在炉窑内燃烧时火焰区域温度场的变化规律进行研究,分析不同过量空气系数和助燃空气温度对火焰区域温度场的影响。研究结果表明:轴线上火焰温度较低,沿轴线远离喷嘴方向变化趋势为先平缓增大,随后快速增长,到达峰值后又迅速回落;增大过量空气系数,火焰高温区长度变短,且逐渐靠近喷嘴,火焰温度分布越来越稳定,局部高温区更集中,沿燃烧方向火焰温度分布向均匀化发展;提高助燃空气温度,火焰整体温度升高,高温区域面积变大,燃烧过程趋于稳定,在垂直方向上火焰上扬趋势越来越明显。The variation laws of flame temperature field of biodiesel combustion were investigated in a furnace with the swirl burner. The influences of different excess air coefficients and combustion air temperatures on flame temperature field were analyzed. Results show that the flame temperature on the axis is low, Away from the nozzle along the axis direction, the flame temperature gently grows firstly, then turns into a rapid growth, and finally falls back quickly after reaching a peak. With the increase of excess air coefficient, the high temperature field of flame gets shorter and gradually close to the nozzle, Flame temperature distribution becomes more stable, local high temperature becomes more concentrated, and the flame temperature distribution tends to homogenize along combustion direction. With the increase of the combustion air temperature, the flame temperature gets higher, high temperature field gets larger, combustion processes towards stable, and the flame rising trend becomes more obvious on the vertical direction.
