摘  要:针对某变电站一起500 kV断路器并联电容器存在脏污痕迹的现象,通过现场勘查给出了电容器渗油的缺陷诊断;从装有并联电容器的双断口断路器电路模型入手,分析了均压原理、电容器对断口电场分布的改善和对电力系统动力学行为的影响,由此得出该缺陷的存在会导致3种具有差异化的电力系统事故,同时给出了缺陷处理建议;最后结合Garton效应、感应电场干扰效应及RTV防污闪涂料对介损测量值的影响3方面提出了更换后现场电容器介损测量所需要注意的问题,并简要地给出了解决方案,分析具有一定的针对性和参考性。In this paper,in light of the contamination phenomenon of shunt capacitor between open contacts of 500 kV circuit breakers in certain substation,defect diagnosis of capacitor oil leakage is given through on-site investigation. Starting from the circuit model of circuit breaker with two breaks installed with shunt capacitor,the grading principle,improvement of capacitor to the electric filed distribution of open contacts as well as influence to dynamics of power system are analyzed. Therefore,it is concluded that existence of the defect will lead to three kinds of different power system accident and,at the same time,the treatment measures for the defects are proposed;finally,some attentions in the dielectric loss measurement of capacitor after replacement on-site is proposed from such three aspects as Garton effect,interference effect of inductive electric field and influence of RTV contamination resistance paint to dielectric loss measurement. The solution is given briefly,and the analysis has a definite reference.
