摘  要:目的研究战斗机飞行员高尿酸血症的危险因素。方法以整群随机抽样方法 ,采用问卷形式对战斗机飞行员进行调查,调查内容包括:一般情况、生活方式、飞行训练方式等3类暴露因素。以高尿酸血症为病例组,正常尿酸者为对照组,采用单因素分析和Logistic回归模型进行危险因素的筛选。结果得到有效样本为270例,高尿酸血症发生率为5.9%(16例)。共3个危险因素进入回归模型,危险性由高到低依次是吸烟、不参加体育锻炼、飞行中缺乏载荷保护措施。结论高性能战斗机飞行员高尿酸血症发生与生活方式等因素相关,飞行中缺乏载荷的保护意识也是高尿酸血症的重要危险因素。Objective To research for the risk factors of fighter-pilot's hyperuricemia. Method Choosing the cluster random sampling method and adopting questionnaire survey were so to evaluate fighter-pilots. The questionnaire survey included:general condition,life style,training method,etc, of exposed factors,when choosing the hyperurieemia pilots as the ease group,normourieemia subjects as the control group. Adopting univariate analysis and logistic regression model to filter the risk factors. Results The 270 cases of effective samples were acquired;the occurrence rate of hyperuricemia was 5.9%(16 people). There were 3 risk factors entered into the regression model,the risks ranked from the top to the bottom were smoking,nonparticipant in physical training, and lacking of loading protection during the flying process. Conclusion The occurrence of hyperuricemia among high performance fighter-pilots is related with the factors associated with life style ,lacking of loading protection during the flying process is also an important risk factor of hyperuricemia.
