摘 要:为满足工业生产对板状过滤元件的需求,本文开展大规模粉末轧制多孔钛板的制备,通过1 100℃真空烧结制得了组织均匀、不同厚度、宽度为420 mm的多孔钛板,并对烧结钛板的拉伸性能进行研究。实验结果表明,制备的多孔钛板孔隙度>33.0%,密度>2.90 g/cm3,最大孔径<19.0μm,透气度>150.0 m3/m2·k Pa·h,抗拉强度>60.0 MPa;随钛板厚度增加,孔隙度上升,密度降低,最大孔径增大,透气度降低,抗拉强度减小;利用数字图像相关技术并结合孔结构参数,对烧结多孔钛板的拉伸数据及断口形貌进行分析与表征,并证实其断裂方式为脆性断裂。To meet the demand of filter elements in industries, the fabrication of large-scale porous Ti sheet by powder rolling and its tensile property tests were carded out. The homogenized porous Ti sheets with a width of 420 mm and various thicknesses were achieved after vacuum sintering at 1 100 ℃. The results show the porosity of the sintered porous Ti sheets is over 30.0 %, density above 2.90 g/cm3, maximum pore size less than 19.0 μm, gas permeability above 150.0 m3/m2·kPa·h, and fracture tensile strength higher than 60.0 MPa. With increasing the sheet thickness, the porosity, maximum pore size and gas permeability increase, while the density, fracture tensile strength decrease. The tensile properties of porous Ti sheets were analyzed using digital image correlation (DIC) together with their porous structures. The fracture surfaces of porous titanium tensile bars were subjected by scanning electron microscope and DIC, and the result demonstrates typical brittle fracture features.
