宫腔球囊压迫止血在绝经过渡期子宫异常出血中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫腔球囊压迫止血在绝经过渡期子宫异常出血中的应用价值。方法:绝经过渡期子宫异常出血诊刮后难以止血患者32例,随机分成试验组和对照组两组,试验组采用诊刮术后联合宫腔球囊压迫止血;对照组采用给予药物止血,比较两组的临床止血相关指标。结果:对于绝经过渡期子宫异常出血,采用诊刮术后出血仍多者,联合宫腔球囊压迫止血(试验组)后,止血效果显著,与给予药物止血治疗组(对照组)相比,两组之间有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:宫腔球囊压迫止血法具有操作简便,控制出血快速,并发症少,成本低等特点,可考虑在绝经过渡期子宫异常出血诊刮术后出血仍多的患者中广泛使用。Objective:To investigate the application of the intrauterine balloon in abnormal uterine bleeding during the menopausal transitional period Methods:32cases of abnormal uterine bleeding in the transitional period had been divided randomly into the experimental group and the control group.The intrauterine balloon combined with curettage had been applied to stop bleeding in the experimental group,only drug with curettage in the control group.The related indicators of clinical hemostasis had been compared.Results:The intrauterine balloon combined with curettage for the experimental group can achieve better hemostatic effects,there being significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The hemostasis by intrauterine balloon compression has the advantages of simple operation,rapid control of bleeding,less complications and low cost.It can be widely used in patients still bleeding after curettage of abnormal uterine bleeding during the menopausal transitional period.
