摘　　要：农民专业合作社的建设与发展对于解决"三农"问题具有重要作用。阐述辽南地区农民专业合作社发展现状,分析合作社营运中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出解决措施,以期为辽南地区农民专业合作社的进一步发展提供参考。The construction and development of farmers＇ specialized cooperatives has significant functions in solving ＂three rural＂ issues.In the article, it expounded the development status of farmers specialized cooperatives in the south area of Liaoning, analyzed the problems existing in the operation of cooperatives, and gave solutions for it, in order to provide a reference for further development of farmers＇ specialized cooperatives in the south area of Liaoning.
