摘　　要：以现代农机专业合作社为基本研究单元,利用理论研究与实践走访相结合的方式,分析目前黑龙江省现代农机专业合作社经营的特征,针对现代农机专业合作社发展制约因素,提出发展建议及对策,以期为黑龙江省农机专业合作社的发展建设提供理论依据。In the article, it used modern agricultural machinery specialized cooperatives as research object, analyzed the features of current modern agricultural machinery specialized cooperatives in Heilongjiang province by theoretical research and practice interview,aiming at limited factors for its development, it raised development suggestions and countermeasures, in order to provide theoretical reference for the construction of agricultural machinery specialized cooperatives in Heilongjiang province.
