高压氧对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效及预后研究

摘　　要：目的:研究高压氧对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的治疗效果及预后效果。方法:选取2013年10月-2014年11月来本院治疗缺氧缺血性脑病的98例新生儿,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组49例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,治疗组加用高压氧序贯治疗,比较分析两组治疗效果差异、临床症状改善及后遗症发生情况。结果:治疗组患儿的意识状态、原始反射、肌张力、前囟张力、呼吸、面色恢复时间均明显短于对照组,治疗总有效率100%明显高于对照组的73.47%,后遗症发生率16.33%明显低于对照组的55.10%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病效果显著,能有效提高治疗效果,降低后遗症的发生率,提高患儿的生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective：To study the treatment effect and prognosis effect of hyperbaric oxygen on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy（HIE）.Method：98 newborns with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to November 2014 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of control group.The differences in treatment effect,clinical symptoms and complications of treatment between the two groups were compared.Result：The recovery times of consciousness state,original reflex,muscle tension,anterior fontanelle tension,breathing and complexion in the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 73.47% of the control group,the incidence of sequelae in the treatment group was 16.33%,which was significantly lower than 55.10% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy is remarkable,can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of sequelae,and improve the patients＇ quality of life,has high clinical value.
