水胶体敷料在新生儿无创辅助通气中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨水胶体敷料在新生儿无创辅助通气中的应用。方法:选取2011年2月-2014年2月在本院行无创辅助通气治疗的200例新生儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组新生儿在此基础上加用水胶体敷料,比较两组患儿的通气效果、治疗依从性、皮肤破损情况及家长对通气治疗满意度。结果:经治疗后,观察组新生儿通气治疗总有效率97.0%明显高于对照组的84.0%,新生儿治疗依从的优良率为88.0%,明显高于对照组的70.0%,皮肤破损发生率2.0%明显低于对照组的16.0%,家长对通气治疗满意度98.0%明显高于对照组的70.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水胶体敷料在新生儿无创机械通气中应用效果显著,能够有效地减少患儿的皮肤破损情况,值得在临床研究与治疗中加以推广和运用。Objective：To investigate the application of hydrocolloid dressings in the neonatal noninvasive assisted ventilation.Method：A total of 200 newborns with noninvasive assisted ventilation admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to February 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional methods for treatment,the observation group was given hydrocolloid dressings on the basis of the control group.The ventilation effect,treatment compliance,skin damage of the children and the parents＇ satisfaction with ventilation therapy between the two groups were compared.Result：After treatment,the ventilation treatment total effective of the observation group was 97.0%,which was significantly higher than 84.0% of the control group,the excellent rate of treatment compliance in the observation group was 88.0%,which was significantly higher than 70.0% in the control group,the incidence of skin damage in the observation group was 2.0%,which was significantly lower than 16.0% in the control group,the parents＇ satisfaction with ventilation therapy of the observation group was 98.0%,which was significantly higher than 70.0% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of hydrocolloid dressings in neonatal noninvasive assisted ventilation is significant,is worthy of promotion and application in clinical research and treatment.
