摘  要:目的探讨320排螺旋CT尿路成像(CTU)对输尿管梗阻性疾病的应用价值。方法对92例临床拟诊为输尿管梗阻的患者行320排螺旋CT全尿路多期增强扫描,并将原始数据传入工作站进行多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重组(CPR)及容积再现技术(VR)等图像后处理技术。结果 92例输尿管梗阻患者中,输尿管结石65例、输尿管癌4例、膀胱癌5例、恶性间质瘤1例、输尿管炎性狭窄3例、肾输尿管结核2例、先天性巨输尿管畸形4例、双肾盂及输尿管畸形4例、腔静脉后输尿管3例、性腺静脉与输尿管交界处压迫1例。所有病例均经临床或手术病理证实。结论320排螺旋CT尿路成像有覆盖范围广、扫描速度快、辐射剂量少、多方位显示病灶等优点,对输尿管梗阻性疾病的诊断有重要价值,可作为输尿管梗阻性疾病检查的首选方法。Objoetive To evaluate the diagnostic value of 320 slice CT urography in ureteral obstruction. Methods 320 slice CTU was performed in 92 cases with ureteral diseases. The volume data of all patients were reconstructed by 3D reconstruction techniques including maximum intensity projection, multiple plane reformation, curve plane reformation and volume rendering technique. Rosults Among the 92 cases, there were 65 cases of ureteral calculus, 4 ureteral carcinomas, 5 bladder carcinomas, 1 malignan interstitialoma, 3 inflammatory stenosis, 2 renal and ureteral tuberculosis stenosis, 4 malformation with congenital huge ureter, 4 malformation with double renal pelvis and ureter, 3 retrocaval ureter and 1 genitical gland vein and ureter juncture oppression. All cases were confirmed by surgery or cilinical data. On CTU, the location, shape and diameter of the lesions, enlargement of renal pelvis and ureter were clearly displayed. Conclusion 320 slice CTU has an unique advantage in the diagnosis of ureteral obstruction diseases for its high spatial resolution and the high quality of
