摘　　要：目的：探讨活血补肾方配合针灸治疗胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤的效果。方法选取2006年10月～2014年8月本院收治的61例胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象，随机分为试验组（33例）与对照组（28例）。试验组采用活血补肾方配合针灸治疗，对照组采用常规治疗，比较两组的效果。结果试验组的总有效率为93.9%，显著高于对照组的82.1%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。试验组治疗3、6个月后的效果评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论活血补肾方配合针灸治疗胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Bushen formula combined with acupuncture in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture concurrent with spinal cord injury. Methods 61 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture concurrent with spinal cord injury in our hospital from October 2006 to August 2014 were selected and ran-domly divided into the experiment group （33 cases） and the control group （28 cases）.The experiment group was treated with Huoxue Bushen formula combined with acupuncture,the control group was given conventional therapy.The effect in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the experiment group was 93.9%,which was higher than 82.1% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The score of efficacy after treatment for 3,6 months in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of Huoxue Bushen formula combined with acupuncture in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture concurrent with spinal cord injury is significant.
