摘　　要：随着全国静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)的不断建立,配置范围的不断扩大,PIVAS理论规章,管理模式,质量标准还不统一。为PIVAS的人员培训和质量控制提供参考,本研究对PIVAS人员进行培训和考核,建立质量管理与控制体系,加强对PIVAS中各级人员的岗位培训,操作规程、专业知识的持续培训和考核,建立质量管理与控制体系,对提高静脉用药安全性、有效性发挥积极作用,保障患者的用药安全。As the establish of Pharmacy intravenous admixture services （PIVAS） and the expansion of the scope of configuration in our country,but the regulations,management mode and quality standard of PIVAS are not unified.To provide the reference for the personnel training and quality control of PIVAS.Training and assessment the personnel in PIVAS,and establishment the quality management and control system.Strengthening the job training,operatiing procedures,continuous training and assessment of professional knowledge,astablishment quality management and control system of personnel in PIVAS,which have play a positive role in improving the intravenous medication safety,efficacy and ensure the safety of drugs for patients.
