腰痛穴指针配合超短波治疗急性腰扭伤临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察腰痛穴指针配合超短波治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法共招募42例急性腰扭伤患者,随机分组,对照组给予腰部超短波治疗,观察组给予腰痛穴指针加腰部超短波治疗。治疗前、治疗1次后、治疗5次后,分别用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Bathel指数观察疼痛缓解和日常生活活动能力的变化。结果两组治疗前VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组在治疗1次后和治疗5次后VAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在治疗1次后和治疗5次后的Bathel指数均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,VAS和Bathel指数基本正常,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究过程中没有不良事件发生。结论腰痛穴指针配合超短波治疗急性腰扭伤安全、高效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yaotongxue（Ex-UE7） finger manipulation plus ultrashort waves in treating acute lumbar sprain. Method Forty-two patients with acute lumbar sprain were enrolled and randomized into groups. The control group received lumbar ultrashort waves treatment and the observation group, Yaotongxue finger manipulation in addition. Pain relief and activities of daily living were assessed using the Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） and the Barthel Index before and after one and five sessions of treatment. Result There was no statistically significant pre-treatment difference in the VAS score between the two groups（P0.05）. After one and five sessions of treatment, the VAS score was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group and there was a statistically significant difference（P0.05）; the Barthel Index score was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group and there was a statistically significant difference（P0.05）. at three months of follow-up, the VAS score and the Barthel Index score were basically normal; there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）. No adverse events occurred during the study. Conclusion Yaotongxue finger manipulation plus ultrashort waves is safe and highly effective in treating acute lumbar sprain.
