摘 要:采用Assel斜轧生产线轧制Φ152×16 mm规格超低温用9Ni无缝钢管,成品管外表面人工视检无伤,但超声探伤结果显示通体缺陷。通过金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)等实验手段对管体表面缺陷进行观察与分析,认为该外表面缺陷形成于材料高温下的晶界氧化。采用一系列高温氧化实验及热模拟实验证实了该分析结果的正确性。When 9 Ni seamless steel pipe for ultra low temperature application sized in Φ152 × 16 mm was produced in Assel oblique rolling production line, its finish pipe was found no external defect in visual inspection but overall defect in opeultrasonic inspection. Testing approaches such as metalloscope(OM), scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersion spectroscopy(EDS) were utilized to observe and analyze the surface defect on steel pipe. It was deemed that the surface defect formed due to the grain boundary oxidation of the material under high temperature. A series of high temperature oxidation tests and thermal simulation tests were carried out and proved the correctness of analysis results.
