以色列的研发体系对江苏的启示和借鉴

摘　　要：以色列在其国家创新战略实施过程中,构建了标准型的研发体系,成为全球创新型国家的典范。本文在研究以色列创业孵化、风险投资、技术转移等研发阶段经验的基础上,通过对江苏企业研发机构现状、问题进行分析,提出促进江苏企业研发体系构建的建议。With the implementation of the national innovation strategy, Israel has constructed a standard research and development system of science and technology, as a global model of innovation-oriented country. The paper studies the process of incubation, risk investment, technology transfer in Israel＇s R＆D activities, analyzes the status quo and existing problems of Jiangsu enterprises on R＆D, and proposes some suggestions for Jiangsu enterprises on accelerating to construct its R＆D system.
