摘　　要：在对中国石油各油田工程监督管理现状的调研结果精确分析的基础上,确定工程监督资格信息管理系统的设计思路及开发模式。通过对工程监督资格信息的采集、传输、存储、处理和跟踪,实现对工程监督信息管理的网络化。详细阐述了工程监督资格信息管理系统对工程监督的资格信息、培训考核、证书管理、监督月报等实用功能,使系统功能得以优化使用。实践表明,工程监督资格信息管理系统切实解决监督资格信息数据同步不及时的问题,促进工程监督管理工作更加数据化、精细化、科学化,有效提升了工程监督管理的工作效率。Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of engineering supervision and management of the oil fields in CNPC, the design idea and the development mode of the engineering supervision qualification information management system are determined. The networking of engineering supervision information management is realized through the collection, transmission, storage, processing and tracking of engineering supervision qualification information. The practical effects of the engineering supervision qualification information management system on the qualification information, the training and examination, the certificate management, monthly supervision reporting of engineering supervision are expounded in detailed, which can make the functions of the system optimally used. Practice shows that the engineering supervision qualification information management system can effectively solve the problem of supervision qualification information updating being not timely, make engineering supervision and management data more fine and scientific, and effectively improve the efficiency of engieering supervision and management work.
